    We customize a maintenance schedule based on your home's size and needs, ensuring nothing is overlooked. You will also know that you have someone coming to tackle all the random odds and ends that pile up, so you don’t have to remember to call someone. Plus, for larger projects like plumbing or electrical work, we arrange vetted specialists to take care of it, so you can relax while we handle the details.

  • Firstly, because you have to remember to call someone. Then once you reach out, maybe you find out that they aren't available to work, or they can work but only in a few weeks, or they don't reply at all. Also, we all know that they don't always show up when they say they will.

    When you work with us monthly, you will have a reliable professional who knows your home and comes on a schedule so you know things will get done.

  • We have 3 plans that come with different amounts of hours and bonuses.

    When we do an in-home consultation, we will discuss which maintenance tasks your home needs, which you want, and about how much general handy work you need. We will make a recommendation for a plan that is most likely to fit that amount of work.

    Once you have signed up for a plan, we will schedule your monthly visits.

    • Test and replace smoke detector batteries

    • Inspect and clean faucets and aerators

    • Window washing (1st floor only) 

    • Change AC filter and inspect drain line every 3 months

    • Inspect under sinks for potential leaks or damage

    • Check and clean garbage disposal

    • Inspect and lubricate garage door 

    • Inspect and clean bathroom fans/exhaust every 2x a year - once regular, once deep 

    • Inspect windows, door hinges/alignment and locks

    • Visually inspect attic for pests and/or water damage

    • Change fridge filter every 6 months

    • Clean range hood filters every 6 months

    • Inspect vents, soffits etc for potential damage

    • Test all drains. Clean out drain lines and adjust stoppers as needed

    • Test and tighten all knobs, handles and hinges

    • Inspect roof for potential damage

    • Inspect attic for potential signs of leaks or pests

    • Superficial home walkthrough with report, for potential issues

    • Sprinkler inspection and testing

    • Inspect and clean fridge coils every 6 months - Accessible only (not built in/heavy fridges) 

    • Clean and sanitize dishwasher every 6 months

    • Clean washing machine filter/drain pump (accessible ones only)

    • Inspect and clean AC drain lines every 6 months

    • Gutter and downspout cleaning (1st floor only) every 6 months

    • Basic pressure wash driveway

    • Clean or basic pressure wash house exterior (1st floor only)

    • Basic pressure wash patio

    • Clean dryer vent

    • Clean grill
